Not only members can acquire their own web site domain, but also they can sign up customers for this same service. By offering this additional service, your customers gain more confidence in you as their local OCSN service professional. Simple, straightforward instructions prepared by OCSN will provide members with the guidance and assurance needed in order to give the correct advice and support which their customers will come to expect.

 

Web design services and support

Information on how to build a web site for OCSN members and for their customers will be available through the OCSN web site. Additionally, OCSN members can offer web design services to other members to enhance your professional capabilities and offer a more complete service to customers.

 

Software update tracking via e-mail for your customers 

When signing up a new customer, OCSN members can offer a special automated software update notification. At the time of filling out the customer questionnaire, include which software programs are currently being used. This allows your customer to receive the monthly OCSN e-mail newsletter as coming directly from you. The newsletter will focus on matters of interest to your customers and will further demonstrate your concern for his specific requirements. This is one more way in which OCSN strives to bring additional support services to members.

 

Monthly e-mails from you with tips to your customers 

As we give our members the option to subscribe to OCSN monthly members newsletter, our members also can subscribe their customer to the monthly customer newsletters, which OCSN will send to your customer on your behalf. These newsletters, “Dear Theresa” and “Tips & Tricks” will focus on news and subjects of interest for your customer while pursuing to bring additional services or support to our members.

 

Online help desk, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your customers (coming soon) 

Soon, with Internet and the increasing number of OCSN global support staff, online services will be available to your customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers will obtain the information they need when they need it and in a very short space of time.

Initially, this service will be provided in English, with the same 24 hour, 7 days a week help desk becoming available in several languages as the OCSN network reaches out globally.

 

Targeted information based on individual member profiles 

Based upon the profile submitted by members, OCSN can target information tailor-made to individual requirements. By listing preferences at sign up time, this allows OCSN to automatically inform members, via e-mail, on matters related to their specific needs. A topics list will be available on the OCSN Member Page where you can select your specific preferences, including hardware and software applications.

 

Targeted information based on the member’s customer profile 

The identical service, as mentioned above, will also be available to your customers. Again, at the time of signing up the customer, list preferences and OCSN will e-mail to the customer information related to that specific need. This will once again demonstrate your concern for your customers.
