Members will receive written authorization to use the OCSN logo on stationary (letterhead, envelopes, brochures and other promotional material). Terms and condition of usage are described in the OCSN authorization document. Logos, in different file formats, letterhead templates (Microsoft Word format), etc., can be downloaded from the OCSN members web site.

 

One line directory listing on the customer web site

Each OCSN member has the right to a one-line directory listing on the customer accessible web site (www.onlinecomputerservicenetwork.com). The one line directory will list the member’s company name or professional name. The listing will appear under the applicable country, state, city, Zip code web page. The one line directory line directly links to the member’s web page with member’s detailed information. Listing will be under the applicable country, state, city or Zip code followed by date of subscription.

OCSN member’s one line directory listing provides a direct link to a member's web page. This page, in standard format for all members, will list the company name, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses and a general description of the services offered by members. This description can be written by the member but must fit within the allocated space utilizing the standard font and font size.

  

One free link from standard web page to member own web site

One link is allotted to the member’s own web site or to a web page of the member’s choice. The potential customer will leave the OCSN web site when clicking on this link. OCSN members are responsible for ensuring that the link is valid and must link to a site controlled by a OCSN member and not to a third-party site.

 

One e-mail link on your standard web page

One e-mail link is permitted on OCSN members standard web page. If a customer uses a browser with this option the “Compose New Message” window will open, allowing the interested party to ask questions or request information. Each OCSN member must ensure that the e-mail address listed is active. OCSN recommends that the member’s assigned e-mail address be the active link on the member’s standard web page.

Members will be able to access the OCSN helpdesk website, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as soon as it becomes available. This is where members can post their technical questions and get the best possible answers within the shortest time period. Initially, the helpdesk will be available only in English, but as OCSN grows the same 24 hour, 7 days a week website will be available in several languages. Thus assuring that OCSN members worldwide can access the helpdesk at their own convenience.
